yes, i decided to make this out of pure help, you don't have to follow it, besides, i suck at giving advice.
Anyway, did you ever had an oh so rough day that you just think pulling the trigger is the only way out? WRONG! There are better ways, without drugs, or psychiatric help. (although i'm pro marijuana, but thats for another time.) So here are a few steps to center yourself after a probably rough and fucked up day
WARNING: succes not garantueed, but it helps for me.
One: Directly after school or work, isolate yourself, but only for 5 minutes, that'll be about enough. think about everything that went wrong, and put them in a "box". Then it would be handy if you have an Mp3 Ipod, Zune, whatever....
Two: If you have an MP3, put it on a calm song, for example i'll take "flee (to the hills) by bastardgeist". Listen to it, expel everything negative, think about the good things. Probably close your eyes, and let everything run out. Those are the negative thoughts running out.
three: Now put your MP3 on an aggressive song, and shout, curse, break something, but don't burn anything, you don't want to risk it burning down your house, steam out the aggression. Just let it all out. Do this BEFORE you start doing ANY homework, either it's schoolwork or officework.
Four: it would be heavily discouraged direclty to start on something else. You should think, sit outside, have a smoke, probably lie in the grass for like 15 minutes, and just think. now think there's a revolver pointed at your head, Now think that the trigger goes, and just when you're about to hear the bang, you close your eys, then you come to your senses.
five: Now comes the part where you may fuck around with fire. But there must be some preparations done.
-first: you should write down that has been bothering you lately ,work or family related.
-second: put on the barbeque, highly discouraged to do it inside, pour some gas on it, but not to much.
-third: light it!
-last: you throw a paper one by one in the fire. just don't throw them in like in one pile. one by one, till their all gone, let the thoughts know that you have suffered.
and thats about it, agressive, but relaxing!
